The POAL enjoys a great relationship with the Lodi Community and considers it part of our service to donate back to our community.  We receive numerous requests for donations every year.  Unfortunately, the POAL is unable to donate to all of the many worthy causes of our community due to our limited budget.  We will continue partner with our community and donate where we can.

Please fill out the below form completely so that we can adequately prioritize our donations.    Donations requests that are submitted from mobile devices may not transmitted correctly and it is strongly encouraged to use a desktop computer to complete your donation request.
